ASSESSMENT OF BACHELORS’ OF MANAGEMENT ABILITY FOR TRAINING IN THE SPHERE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The paper highlights the results of research devoted to Bachelors of Management abilities for studying and mastering competencies in the sphere of personnel management. The theoretical research has led to shifting the components of abilities and skills necessary for professional activity. Psychological and pedagogical research carried out on the first-year students has revealed insufficient level of prerequisites built for mastering skills and competencies necessary for the profession. These prerequisites are caused by insufficient information about the nature and specifics of a manager’s tasks and duties; insufficient significance and relevance of values and professional skills and immature personality of a student. All mentioned above resulted in the matter of focusing on these aspects.
