Abstract

Modern society is updated with an inclusive space, various inclusive practices are developed, festivals are held, scientific and practical conferences, forums, training seminars are organized, additional educational programs are implemented on this topic at various levels. At the same time, attitudes to people with disabilities remain one of the most pressing socio-significant problems of the society. Nowadays, the world has established a social model for understanding disability and related inclusion of persons with disabilities in society, but unfortunately, in Russian reality, the desire for segregation still prevails. The inclusion policy declares the need to change society and its institutions in such a way that they favor the inclusion of any other: a person of another race, religion, culture, including people with disability. The process of interacting people with and without disability is important in the process of creating an inclusive space. Unfortunately, often seeing a person with a disability, people do not know and do not understand how to react, cannot penetrate into his world and begin to consider the person himself, and sometimes they try not to look at him at all. It is necessary to raise public awareness of these diseases, to reduce communicative barriers to communication and perception of such people. Thus, the issue of training qualified personnel (inclusive volunteers) to support inclusive activities at various levels is acutely raised. The article considers the creation of the Center for Education and Training of Volunteer Personnel in the inclusive space «School of Inclusive Volunteering» as an important step towards improving the overall quality of citizen life.
