Theoretical and methodological aspects of a professional personal growth in the process of ethical-medical and physical-sport training of a future doctor

Abstract

Introduction. The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations to form personality qualities of a future doctor in the light of the education philosophy, theory of pedagogics and principles of training students in a medical university. The conceptual apparatus is studied based on which the problem of to form professional, moral and psychophysical qualities of a future doctor can be effectively solved. The author proposes various approaches to understand the problem of human integrity, to use new teaching technologies in the medical education system. The paper discusses issues of high-quality training of a future specialist for his professional activity, which is impossible without developing appropriate personal characteristics. The article objective is to consider the problem of forming a comprehensively developed and humane personality of a future doctor in the process of university education, upbringing and behavior based on professional medical ethics. Methodology and research methods. The author applies the dialectical methodology, development principle, systematic approach, deductive and inductive scientific methods, axiological principle to consider professional, moral and psychophysical characteristics of a future doctor from the perspective of educational philosophy and pedagogical theory. The study results. The article discusses the conceptual apparatus necessary to investigate the pedagogical foundations of human development, disclosing the problem to form the personal qualities of a professional by a medical profile. The moral, ethical and psychophysical qualities of a person formed in the process of general professional, socio-humanitarian and physical-sport training are examined. The positive experience of the Department of Physical Culture and Healthy Lifestyle at Altai State Medical University to form personal professional, moral and psychophysical qualities of a future doctor is summarized. The author presents the scheme «Transforming the levels of a complete personality formation (evolutionary and pedagogical aspects)» at the standpoint of organizing a healthy lifestyle in a university and forming professional and moral qualities of young specialists in a medical university. Conclusion. Theoretical and methodological aspects of the personality formation and development of a future medical specialist are not sufficient studied yet in the professional education of higher education at the stages of modern reforming. In this regard, further consideration is necessary both epistemological and praxeological problems of professional medical education. This article shows a way to form the most important professional, ethical and psychophysical qualities of a future doctor with the help of pedagogically conditioned development of a specialist personality
