Abstract

Modern educational practice is looking for ways to optimize its work. Many modern scholars of education believe that social institutions must evolve to deal with challenges and opportunities of a changing present and unknown, unpredictable future. These paths, like education itself, are rather numerous. Their understanding and study can carry out and is partially goes on at various levels, in various contexts, changing both education as such, and educational and labor relations. The research objective is to understand the problem of studying individual educational paths of the teacher supplementary education in the context of solving such problems as: 1) to increase the productivity and effectiveness of professional training and activity of future teachers, 2) to improve education, training and professional work of future specialists and specialists involved in their retraining, 3) to organize and optimize psychological and pedagogical support of modern educational and other professional work of teachers in the general and further education. Methodology. The work contains a theoretical understanding of the problem of studying individual educational paths in the additional education of teachers to rise the productivity and effectiveness of educational and professional training, and the activities of future teachers. The study is the development of the idea on the need for a systematic analysis and search for holistic strategies for understanding and resolving the problem of studying individual educational paths in the teacher additional education of s in the context of increasing the productivity and effectiveness of educational training and the activities of future teachers. The study results. The paper notes that the centuries-old history of research on ways to optimize education in philosophy, culturology, sociology, pedagogy, psychology and other sciences allows us to identify several leading semantic guidelines that are continuums essential to develop and implement the programs, methods and techniques to form the aspects. The paper highlights main continuums of understanding the education as a process and the result of forming and developing a person as an individual, partner and professional. The issue of studying individual educational trajectories in modern pedagogy and psychology is a problem that should be based on numerous studies of human education, training and upbringing as a person, partner and professional, accumulated by Russian and foreign science throughout the education emergence and development. It’s closely related to interpreting possible scenarios of the education transformation in the future, creating the education foresight projects.
