Abstract

The article is devoted to specific procedure of taking extended education courses by some demobilized military men. The programmes are provided by institutions acted on the basis of state registered educational certificates specified by the national experiment. The educational experiment has been carried out in 2012-2014 in the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Civil Defence Affairs and Emergencies in Russia. The author reveals the nature of state registered educational certificate, describes procedure of its issuing and recovering expences while studying. The paper demonstrates experience of Omsk State Pedagogical University in this area.
