Abstract

The paper reveals the hierarchy of valuable orientations, the relationships in family, the attitude of cadets of military engineering higher education institution to study and teachers and unity in groups as the indicators of educational environment. The authors make conclusion about psychological comfort for cadets is drawn and consider the methodology and methods of investigating the level of interpersonal relations. The paper highlights the forms and methods of teachers’ dealing with groups as one of the variants of solving the problem of creating a psychologically comfortable environment, which is one of the main means of managing the educational process in a military engineering university.
