DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGY FOR AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION IN TOMSK REGION

Abstract

The paper uses research methods on development of new approaches to the model of agricultural education development and to solutions of staff problems in agribusiness. The article explores the problem relating to the strategy of agricultural education development in Tomsk region. The authors use statistic and demographic resources and speak that directions in professional education influence the labour market in the region and strategy of regional development. The current strategy reveals the long-term goals, tasks and directions of staff training in agribusiness of Tomsk region for sustainable rural development.
