Abstract

In article the problem of conformity of a way of management is authorised to specificity of operated object on an education example in general and philosophical education in high school in particular. A problem source – a divergence of the purposes of the manager in a sphere of education and the education. From here there is an aspiration of the manager to minimisation of efforts and to a support for a convenient way of the control and the report. It leads to an exception of personal aspect of knowledge and to education data to training. The problem decision: allocation on the basis of D. Zilbermana’s modal methodology of projective and personal aspects in any knowledge.
