Abstract

In this article the author introduces the most important moral dilemmas which the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) face. Since everybody may be in need of emergency medical service, it is important that such a service is universal and help is provided as quickly as possible. This requires that EMS personnel possess particular moral qualifications which at the same time constitutes a great psychological burden
