Knowledge and creative potential of a person as a stabilizing factor of modern Russia development

Abstract

The article deals with the role of knowledge and creative potential of a person in solving urgent problems related to intellectualization of economy in the XXI century, necessity to provide academic and technological leadership of the country, saving and strengthening the middle class as a priority task of the government, necessity of the youth ‘spiritual occupation’. The paper reveals relation between active knowledge and creative human potential and system development “knowledge-technology”. The author suggests new requirements to the quality of human resources in order to provide national security and academic and technological leadership in Russia in contexts of economy based on the knowledge. This approach is caused by aggravation of international competition in high-tech defense industry and modern information technological area; it leads to necessity to found efficient conditions for missle-class development and fulfillment of its representatives. The research makes conclusion that this tendency contributes to spiritual personal occupation, making its life strategy, improving of the population life quality and intellectual creative work is a stabilizing factor of country development.
