Проблемы реализации «третьей миссии» в условиях трансформирующейся роли университетов
Abstract
Исследование посвящено вопросу реализации «третьей миссии» университетов, актуальность которой обусловлена расширением традиционных функций, задач и зон ответственности сферы образования. Авторы рассматривают эту проблему через призму глобальных вызовов, стоящих перед системой высшего образования в России, которые придают университетам новые смыслы и ориентиры деятельности. Проанализировав основные научные подходы к определению сущности, характеристик и направлений реализации «третьей миссии», авторы определяют положительные эффекты данной деятельности для университетов и регионального социума. Выделяются основные проблемы, препятствующие внедрению элементов «третьей миссии» в практическую работу образовательных организаций высшего образования, предлагаются пути их решения. Делаются выводы о необходимости выработки университетами стратегий своего развития с учетом глобальных трансформационных процессов, изменяющихся потребностей общества, особенностей взаимодействия с территориальными органами власти, местным сообществом и другими региональными стейкхолдерами.
