Abstract

Modern labor markets and educational services have moved to the stage of development which is characterized by significant mismatch between supply and demand. This disbalance is exacerbated by the fact that there are significant discrepancies between the educational and professional standards. In these circumstances, it clears the importance of intensifying marketing all market operators, including the educational institution (institutions of further training) that apply competitive strategies. The necessity to find new forms of cooperation between educational institutions with enterprises of the real economic sector (agribusiness companies and fuel and energy companies) is evident. Due to new industrial facilities these enterprises face the serious problem with personnel. Implementation of effective strategies in education and industry is possible by means of corporate education provided by further training institutions. This education combines the resources of the educational institution and the employer, it enhances harmonization of educational and professional standards when training specialists according to the programmes adapted to concerete requirements of business and employers. The issue on formation and development of human capital assets can be solved by means of the cluster approach to a common educational, scientific and production space only.
