Проблема модернизации высшего образования в соответствии с потребностями рынка труда, а также в целях интеграции отечественного образования в мировое образовательное и экономическое пространство весьма актуальна в настоящее время. Статья посвящена реализации гуманитарного содержания как одной из важнейших парадигм современного высшего образования. Особо отмечается взаимосвязь развития общества, технологий и процесса профессиональной подготовки будущих специалистов. Проблема соответствия содержания высшего образования уровню развития техники и технологий решается путем совершенствования государственного стандарта, материально-технического обеспечения и повышения квалификации педагогов. Особое значение в данной ситуации имеют апробация стандартов и определение места гуманитарной подготовки. Гуманитаризация профессионального, в том числе технического, образования может способствовать успешному решению комплексных технологических задач, определению социальной значимости проекта, выявлению его недостатков и преимуществ. Перспективной представляется идея привлечения сотрудников гуманитарных кафедр к участию в деятельности коллективов, выполняющих технические, технологические и другие исследования в рамках различных проектов.
The problem of modernization of higher education in accordance with the labor market needs, as well as for the integration of the national education into the world of educational and economic space is rather relevant today. The article is devoted to specifics of application of humanitarian component as one of the most important paradigms of modern higher education. The authors focus on the link between society development and technology and process of professional training of prospective specialists. The problem of higher education content compliance with the level of technological development is solved by means of improving state standards, equipment and teachers’ further training. The authors see testing and application of standards and place of humanitarian training as relevant and particular in this situation. Humanitarization of professional education, including technical education, can be successfully used in order to solve the complex of technological problems, the determining of social significance of the project, the identifying advantages and disadvantages. The authors highlight prospective idea of recruiting the staff and employees to the Chairs of Humanities for them to participate in teams, performing technical, technological and other studies in various projects.
