Введение. В статье осуществлен философский анализ трансформации структуры человеческого капитала в условиях перехода к экономике технологий и искусственного интеллекта. Постановка задачи. Осознание ограничений экономических подходов к осмыслению этого феномена привело авторов к необходимости рассмотрения человеческого капитала и исторической динамики его развития через призму смены технологических укладов. По сути – от доминирования физиологического капитала к утверждению цифрового капитала как ключевого элемента для шестого технологического уклада. Методика и методология исследования. Обсуждение проблемы ведется в концептуальных рамках историко-философского и социально-когнитивистского подходов с использованием классических и конструктивистских принципов, разработанных для изучения человеческого капитала в эпоху постмодерна. Результатом исследования является разработанная иерархическая модель структуры человеческого капитала, соответствующая требованиям современного агропромышленного комплекса, которая представляет собой многоуровневую систему, интегрирующую физический, эмоциональный, социальный, интеллектуальный и цифровой конструкты (уровни, обладающие относительной самостоятельностью в целостном единстве) человеческого капитала. Выводы. В этом дискурсе обосновывается императив перехода к новой образовательной модели, соотнесенной с этими конструктами.
Introduction. The article provides a philosophical analysis of the transformation of the human capital structure in the context of the transition to an economy of technology and artificial intelligence. Setting the task. Awareness of the limitations of economic approaches to understanding this phenomenon led the authors to the need to consider human capital and the historical dynamics of its development through the prism of changing technological patterns. In fact, it is moving from the dominance of physiological capital to the establishment of digital capital as a key element for the sixth technological order. Research methodology and methodology. The problem is discussed within the conceptual framework of historical-philosophical and socio-cognitive approaches, using classical and constructivist principles developed for the study of human capital in the postmodern era. Results. The result of the research is the developed hierarchical model of the human capital structure that meets the requirements of the modern agro-industrial complex, which is a multi-level system integrating physical, emotional, social, intellectual and digital constructs (levels with relative independence in a holistic unity) of human capital. Conclusions. In this discourse, the imperative of transition to a new educational model correlated with these constructs is substantiated.
