Несмотря на самоочевидность того, что инновации порождают стрессы для всех субъектов образования, являются потенциальными источниками дидактогений (психологических нарушений, возникающих в результате травм, нанесенных деформированными образовательными отношениями), исследований в этой области крайне мало.</p></sec><sec><title>   Постановка задачи</title><p>   Постановка задачи. Цель исследования – анализ места стресса инноваций в системе проблем устойчивости современного образования и его субъектов. Новизна исследования связана с разработкой авторской интегративной концепции стресса инноваций в образовании.</p><p>   Методика и методология исследования. Методы исследования – теоретический анализ и синтез актуальных проблем устойчивости современного образования и его субъектов в контексте представления о стрессах инноваций. В работе представлена попытка системного осмысления современного состояния исследований стресса инноваций в образовании и обеспечении его устойчивости по отношению к негативным результатам реформ и к иным угрозам.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Чтобы уменьшить стресс и травмы, возникающие в ситуации образовательных инноваций, нужна направленная, развернутая, осознанная работа со всеми субъектами образования по предвосхищению, осознанию и рефлексии опыта инноваций в их жизни в целом и образовании в частности.</p></sec><sec><title>   Выводы</title><p>   Выводы. Профилактика и коррекция стрессов инноваций связана с развитием прогнозирующих и антипационных способностей человека, наличие направленных усилий индивида и организации к предвосхищению и прогнозированию перемен помогает людям и учреждениям справляться с ними намного успешнее, использовать периоды кризисов для освобождения от деструктивных, но устойчивых в обычном состоянии аспектов их деятельности и развивать и формировать новые, конструктивные формы деятельности и отношений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Introduction</title><p>   Introduction. Despite the self-evident fact that innovations create stress for all subjects of education, they are potential sources of didactogenies (psychological disorders resulting from trauma caused by deformed educational relationships), there is very little research in this area.</p></sec><sec><title>   Purpose setting</title><p>   Purpose setting. The purpose of the study is is to analyze the place of stress of innovation in the system of problems of sustainability of modern education and its subjects.</p><p>   Methodology and methods of the study. Research methods are the theoretical analysis and synthesis of topical problems of sustainability of modern education and its subjects in the context of understanding the stresses of innovation.
